PACKING, SHIPPING, CLAIMS & SALES TAX Very Important ? Please Read!

* We can arrange shipping of your order.
* We strive to ship each item sold within 5 business days following payment confirmation. Please allow 7-10 days for your item to be delivered. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your item has shipped.
* We ship to the 50 United States and Canada also on most items. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box.
* Standard packing for large or heavy items usually consists of securing the item, with metal strapping, to a pallet and then shrink-wrapping the unit. Large or heavy items are shipped via freight carrier and insurance is not available. There are no packing charges except as specifically noted for extremely large or delicate items.
* Standard packing for smaller/lighter items is in a durable cardboard container, filling voids with packing material. Smaller/lighter items are usually shipped via FedEx Ground. Insurance is included in the shipping cost. There are no packing charges except as specifically noted for delicate items.
* We do not accept responsibility for packaging performance, nor do we accept responsibility for damage after the item leaves our warehouse.
* ALWAYS inspect all items for damage BEFORE accepting them from shipper.
* If the product arrives damaged, DO NOT ACCEPT IT.
* If shipper will not allow you to inspect product, do not sign, do not accept it. YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO INSPECT.
* Contact us for help for any reason. We want you to be able to leave positive feedback but we cannot file a shipping claim once YOU have received an item. If you receive an item without noting damage, chances are slim of being able to collect a claim.
* Reject damaged items unless you want to file the damage claim.
* Any damages must be documented with the freight carrier before they depart your location.
* The buyer is responsible for filing claims with the shipping service if the buyer accepted the item from the shipping service. We will help out with any information you may need.
* All new items are shipped in excellent condition without damage unless noted.
* Used equipment will be shipped as described. Inspect before accepting.
* If you haven't received your item within 4-5 days and you were not told previously of a delay, please let us know.
* Most items will be delivered within 5-8 days.
* Out of stock items will be delivered as notified.
* We charge CA sales tax (8,25%) for residents or local pickup.


CUSTOMER PICKUPS

* Items are available for pickup at our warehouse Monday - Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., except for holidays. Our staff will be happy to assist you with the loading of your vehicle. There are no loading fees.
* Appointments for pickup must be made at least 3 business days in advance.
* All items picked up will be charged CA sales tax (8,25%).
* Securing the load is the sole responsibility of the customer. We assume no liability or responsibility for loads being improperly or inadequately secured. Please bring appropriate means of securing your load, as we do not have these items available at our warehouse.
* If items with refrigeration are placed on their side or back for loading and/or transport and/or unloading, there is no warranty or guarantee on the item.
* All items not picked up within 30 days of sale close will be assessed a storage charge of $30 per month, per item.
* All items not picked up within 60 days of sale close will be cancelled and disposed of. Any payment for these items is forfeited by the customer.

RETURNS

We offer a 7-day money back guarantee, with the following conditions:
* Buyer is responsible for all packing, shipping and insurance charges for returns.
* Items must be returned in original condition.
* Buyer is responsible for repacking the item for return.
* Large or heavy items that were banded to a pallet and shrink-wrapped must be returned in the same fashion.
* Refund includes the item purchase price ONLY and does not include any shipping charges.
* Customer contact information and the item inventory number (found on the invoice) must be included with the returned package. A copy of the invoice is preferred.


PAYMENT OF ITEMS

* We accept wire transfers, major credit cards through Paypal, green cash upon pick up.
* No personal checks. No Money orders.
* Payment must be completed within 3 days after sale close.
* If payment has not been paid by 7 days after close we will send a final notice and relist the item.
* If you live within California, OR pick your item up at our store, we have to charge sales tax. (8.25%)
